  • Refund decision or delay.

Acknowledgment

OptionFunds aims to acknowledge a complaint within 2 business days and provide a ticket or reference for follow-up.

Investigation

The reviewer may examine account records, rules, balance and equity history, trades, payments, challenge activation, KYC status, referral records, withdrawals, support messages, notifications, and audit records.

The complainant may be asked for additional information limited to what is reasonably necessary to decide the issue.

Response target

OptionFunds aims to issue a substantive response within 10 business days. Complex matters may take longer. When delayed, the user should receive an update explaining the reason and the next expected step.

Possible outcomes

  • Explanation with supporting account records.
  • Correction of data, status, balance, phase, or account access.
  • Replacement credentials or technical remediation.
  • Refund, partial refund, payout, or reversal where eligible.
  • Request for more evidence.
  • Rejection with a clear reason and policy reference.

Escalation and review

A user who disagrees with the first response may request a second review and identify the error, missing evidence, or policy point. The second reviewer should consider the new information rather than simply repeat the original response.

Urgent security matters

Suspected account takeover, unauthorized withdrawal, identity-document exposure, phishing, or payment-address substitution should be reported immediately. The user should change account passwords and protect wallet access while the matter is investigated.

External rights

The complaint process does not remove rights available under applicable consumer, data-protection, contract, or financial-services law. Depending on location and the issue, the user may contact an appropriate regulator, data-protection authority, consumer body, payment provider, court, or dispute-resolution service.
