Contracting party
These Terms are an agreement between the user and the legal operator identified below. The service name is OptionFunds and the primary website is optionfunds.net.
Eligibility and account registration
- You must have legal capacity to enter a contract in your location.
- You must provide accurate registration, profile, payment, and identity information.
- Your email address must be verified before protected account features are used.
- You are responsible for passwords, trading credentials, and activity performed through your account.
- Account sharing and unauthorized third-party trading are prohibited.
Evaluation purchases and access
A challenge fee purchases access to the selected two-phase evaluation. Displayed account sizes are evaluation limits and are not customer deposits. The account is activated after payment confirmation and provisioning.
- Phase 1 target: 10% closed profit.
- Phase 2 target: 5% closed profit.
- Daily loss limit: 5% of the original account size.
- Maximum loss limit: 10% of the original account size.
Trading and drawdown rules
The current risk value is the lower of current balance or current equity. Floating losses count immediately. Reaching or falling below a daily or maximum breach level fails the evaluation.
- Only closed profit completes a phase target.
- News trading and overnight holding are allowed.
- Manual trading is allowed when all risk limits are respected.
- Expert Advisors, robots, automated scripts, copy trading, signal copying, account sharing, and third-party trading are prohibited.
- Exploitation of pricing errors, delayed data, execution faults, or platform defects is prohibited.
Payments
Cryptocurrency payment instructions may specify an asset, network, amount, destination address, and expiry time. The user must verify every detail before sending funds.
- Network transfers may be irreversible.
- Underpayments, overpayments, late transfers, and transfers on the wrong network may require manual review.
- A challenge is not treated as paid until the payment status is confirmed.
- Refund rights are described in the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Funded account stage and profit split
After successful completion of Phase 1 and Phase 2, the trader receives a funded account. The trader receives 90% of eligible profit generated on that account.
Funded-stage access and payouts remain subject to KYC verification, account review, compliance with the trading rules, accurate payout details, and the Payout Policy. Profit is not guaranteed.
Withdrawals and identity checks
- KYC verification is required before eligible withdrawals.
- The minimum referral withdrawal is $10.
- The minimum trading-profit withdrawal is $50.
- Supported methods may include USDT TRC20, USDT BEP20, Bitcoin, and Ethereum.
- The user is responsible for an accurate wallet address and network.
- Requests may be reviewed for account ownership, rule compliance, fraud, duplicate claims, and available balance.
Referral program
The referral reward is 10% of a referred trader's first confirmed challenge purchase. A reward may move through pending, qualified, approved, and paid statuses after review.
- Self-referrals, duplicate identities, false accounts, payment manipulation, and misleading promotion are prohibited.
- Referrers must disclose that they may earn a commission.
- A reward may be rejected or reversed if the qualifying payment is invalid, refunded, fraudulent, or connected to prohibited activity.
Review, suspension, and termination
OptionFunds may pause an account or request information when reasonably necessary to investigate security events, payment disputes, KYC issues, prohibited trading, identity mismatch, fraud, or misuse.
A decision affecting a challenge, withdrawal, referral reward, or account should identify the reason and provide a route to submit a complaint or supporting evidence.
Service availability
Internet services, market data, payment networks, wallet networks, and third-party services may experience delays or outages. OptionFunds does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free data.
A technical issue does not authorize exploitation. Material incidents should be reported through the Support Center.
Risk disclosure
Trading involves substantial risk. Evaluation success, past performance, leaderboard position, or a funded account does not guarantee future profit. Nothing on the platform is personal investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by -, subject to mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should use the complaint process in good faith.
