Platform services

OptionFunds provides two-phase trader evaluations, account monitoring, trading credentials, payment history, referral tracking, identity verification, withdrawals, notifications, and private support tickets.

  • Phase 1 profit target: 10% of the original account size.
  • Phase 2 profit target: 5% of the original account size.
  • Only closed profit counts toward a phase target.
  • News trading and overnight holding are allowed.
  • Automated trading, copy trading, account sharing, and exploitation of platform errors are prohibited.

Drawdown rules

The current risk value is the lower of current balance or current equity. Floating losses count while a position remains open.

  • Daily breach level: daily starting balance minus 5% of the original account size.
  • Maximum breach level: original balance minus 10% of the original account size.
  • Reaching or falling below either breach level fails the evaluation immediately.
  • The detailed rules on rules.html control the evaluation.

Payments and refunds

Challenge purchases may use cryptocurrency payment instructions. Blockchain transfers can be irreversible, and sending the wrong asset, network, amount, or destination can result in permanent loss.

  • Payment status and challenge activation are recorded in the user's account.
  • Evaluation fees purchase access to the selected challenge; they are not customer deposits.
  • Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.
  • OptionFunds does not require an extra tax, unlock, activation, or release fee to process an approved refund or payout.

Funded accounts and payouts

After successfully completing Phase 1 and Phase 2, the trader receives a funded account and receives 90% of eligible profit generated on that account, subject to KYC, account review, the trading rules, and the Payout Policy.

  • Minimum referral withdrawal: $10.
  • Minimum trading-profit withdrawal: $50.
  • Available payout networks include USDT TRC20, USDT BEP20, Bitcoin, and Ethereum.
  • Users are responsible for supplying the correct wallet address and network.

Identity verification

KYC is required before eligible referral or trading-profit withdrawals. The platform requests a government identity document, an identity selfie, and proof of address, together with identity information such as legal name, date of birth, country, and document type.

KYC documents are reviewed through restricted administrator access. The Privacy Policy and KYC Policy explain collection, access, retention, deletion requests, and complaint rights.

Referral disclosure

A referrer receives a 10% reward when a referred trader completes a first confirmed challenge purchase. Rewards pass through qualification, approval, and payment review.

Anyone promoting OptionFunds through a referral link must clearly disclose that they may receive a commission. Paid referrals must not be presented as independent recommendations.

Regulatory position

OptionFunds does not represent itself on this page as a bank, broker, exchange, investment adviser, or government regulator. The platform provides trader evaluation services. Users remain responsible for confirming whether the operator requires a licence or registration in their country.

No regulatory logo, registration claim, office address, management biography, payout proof, or partnership statement should be relied upon unless it can be independently verified.

Support and complaints

Account holders can open a private support ticket and return later for the response. Payment, KYC, withdrawal, account-access, and rule disputes should include the relevant account ID and transaction reference.
