Identity and account ownership

KYC Policy

The identity information and documents required for eligible withdrawals, how they are reviewed, and how privacy and security requests are handled.

Effective 2 August 2026Version 1.0optionfunds.net

Purpose of KYC

KYC is used to verify identity and account ownership, reduce fraud, prevent duplicate or unauthorized withdrawals, investigate payment or referral abuse, and meet legal obligations that may apply.

KYC approval does not guarantee a payout where the account fails another eligibility or trading-rule requirement.

Required information and documents

  • Full legal name.
  • Date of birth.
  • Country and identity-document type.
  • A clear government identity document.
  • An identity selfie that allows comparison with the document.
  • A recent proof-of-address document.

Documents must belong to the account holder, be readable, unaltered, current where required, and show the information needed for review.

Submission and consent

The KYC page explains the required files and asks the user to confirm that the information is accurate and that the documents may be reviewed for identity, fraud-prevention, and payout purposes.

Do not upload passwords, private keys, wallet seed phrases, unrelated financial statements, or documents that were not requested.

Review status

An application may be draft, pending, under review, verified, or rejected. Authorized administrators can review the application and securely open submitted documents.

A rejected application should display a reason and allow corrected information or replacement documents to be submitted.

Access restrictions

  • KYC documents must be restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate review or security need.
  • Documents must not appear in public profiles, referral records, leaderboards, or marketing materials.
  • Administrative access and review actions should be logged.
  • Documents should be transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls.

Retention and deletion

KYC information is retained only as long as needed for identity verification, payout records, fraud prevention, complaints, legal claims, and applicable legal obligations. It should be deleted or anonymized when those purposes no longer apply.

A deletion request may be limited where retention is required by law or necessary to preserve transaction, fraud, security, or dispute records.

Sharing and international processing

KYC information may be processed by infrastructure, storage, security, legal, or verification service providers only where necessary and subject to appropriate contractual and access safeguards. It may be disclosed when legally required or necessary to investigate fraud or protect users.

Correction and privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, the user may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about sharing and retention. Requests should be sent to support.optionfunds@gmail.com.

KYC complaints

A complaint should include the account ID, application status, submission date, rejection reason, and the correction requested. Do not send identity documents by ordinary email unless the support team provides a secure method.
